A multi-sectoral development programme (MSDP) by the Ministry of Minorities Affairs (MoMA) has identified 90 districts of India as those having a concentration of minority religions. National Foundation for India (NFI) in collaboration with the Institute for Development Education and Learning (IDEAL) as technical partners envisage to pilot a project called REHNUMA across 10 Minority concentrated districts (MCDs) and blocks of India where Entitlement Centres are been set up across 10 states. This is a multi-stakeholders project funded by Ford Foundation, Christian Aid, and the Planning Commission. The project is held by the National Foundation for India (NFI) and intended to offer lessons for a long term and sustainable intervention which will then be adopted and scaled up by the government across districts with concentration of minority casino online population. Under this project, trained team of the Entitlement Centre will first undertake various awareness programs to popularize the scheme and the entitlements for the minorities. They will also let the communities know that they will be available to offer information and guidance to the citizens, particularly marginalized persons from the minority community about their entitlements and claims where they will be responsible for research and mapping, setting up mechanism and facilitation of services, litigation and grievance redressals. Roles and responsibilities of the REHNUMA centre are:-
